IMC’s management team consists of recruitment professionals certified and trained by industry leaders in the Fortune 100 companies. The company’s teams of account managers and consultants have been previously employed with technology companies and have an intimate understanding of the high-tech industry and the management and technical experience needed to competently discuss client staffing requirements. The management team keeps abreast of the industry and invests in the professional training of internal staff to provide consultants with the skills necessary to be successful. IMC’s human resources department does the hiring of new employees. The candidates are identified through an internal database search, referrals, social media and job boards advertising. IMC employees typically hold Bachelors or Masters degrees. Background and credit checks are performed on new applicants. Drug testing is performed when requested by a client. Aptitude and behavioral testing is conducted through IMC’s designed screening process.
